All of our Pittsburgh Punch coaches are USA Boxing certified and/or certified via Warriors program or group fitness, which means they’ve been trained in Boxing, Kickboxing and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Anthony is the owner and head trainer of Pittsburgh Punch. You might have heard him being referred to as ‘The Last Boy Scout’ mainly due to his punctuality, and eye for detail. Anthony specializes in Intense Cross Training where he draws from his boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts background.

Anthony’s Executive training includes memory retention pad drills, Fitness Boxing and Kickboxing, and Cross Training for Athletes of all levels. As a personal Trainer, Anthony likes to learn from his clients. creating personalized workouts for each individual.
