All of our Pittsburgh Punch coaches are USA Boxing certified and/or certified via Warriors program or group fitness, which means they’ve been trained in Boxing, Kickboxing and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Anthony is the owner and head trainer of Pittsburgh Punch. You might have heard him being referred to as ‘The Last Boy Scout’ mainly due to his punctuality, and eye for detail. Anthony specializes in Intense Cross Training where he draws from his Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts background. Training with some of the greats, the list is endless. Anthony’s executive training includes memory retention pad drills, Fitness Boxing, Kickboxing and Cross Training for athletes of all levels. As a personal trainer Anthony likes to learn from his clients creating personalized workouts for each individual.

I was off work one day and decided to take a boxing class. I came into Pittsburgh punch with my cousin and we instantly loved it. I was starting my personal training classes when Anthony asked if I would like to teach a class. I said absolutely! I love helping people reach there goals and feel great about themselves while having a fun time!

WHEN YOU’RE NOT PUNCHING
When I’m not punching I’m either helping my clients reach their fitness goals or working at Quest Diagnostics. When I’m not working at all I’m taking care of my lovely wild child Liam! Who keeps me busier than any job.

FAVORITE COMBO
My favorite punch combo is all of the punches put together 1-2-3-4-5-6 ( jab-cross-hook-uppercut-uppercut-hook) . This gets your heart rate up, works your core with all those torso rotations, and you feel like a professional boxer when you add speed and power.

DESCRIBE YOUR PUNCH STYLE
My punch style is HIIT boxing! Throwing punches but adding in cardio to the rounds. Interval training is an amazing workout and helps burns tons of calories, helps build up endurance, and makes you feel amazing when the workout is over !
