DESCRIPTION: Beginner Boxing HIIT

Because sometimes one HIIT is all you need! This fun cardio boxing class uses a Tabata style high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method to shred fat and burn calories. You’ll work through quick, intense rounds of beginner boxing combos, plyometrics and core exercises followed by short rest periods.
