I’ve been a member at Pittsburgh Punch for a few months now and love it! All the coaches are great and let you go at your own pace with a little push. They also pay attention to detail and help with technique, which I think is rare to find. I have a very stressful job and attending classes has been a great way to decompress at the end of the day and overall great for my mental health. I’d rate more than 5 stars if I could, this place is my favorite environment to be in 🙂

I've recently turned 50 and have been struggling to get back into shape. I saw the reviews for Pittsburgh Punch Fitness Boxing Club and thought I would give it a try. I was a little apprehensive being a beginner. That quickly subsided. Anthony and his team are AWESOME! They are great instructors showing you the basics before you get started. It is easy to pick up and fit in with the class. Be prepared though, they are going to work you hard. Pittsburgh Punch is exactly what I needed...I've been going for about a month and I can already see and feel the difference.

I've never boxed before or been very athletic. I was very nervous to start, but once I tried it, I was in. The class structures and movements have the room to modify depending on where you are. I've lost 60lbs and am in the best shape of my life. The equipment, the location, all that stuff is pretty good, but that's not what makes this place great. It's the staff. Even the coaches and instructor's who I've never taken a class from say hello, are willing to help, have a smile. Great place, fantastic people, highly highly highly recommended.

Love this gym. Even as a first timer I was welcomed promptly and explained everything about the gym and what I would be doing that day. The gentleman helped me wrap my hands and helped me with the punches. Made me so comfortable for my first couple classes. I joined the day of my last class and they gave me my own gloves with the membership!! I can’t wait to take class this week. So excited 🥊
