PART STRENGTH TRAINING
DESCRIPTION: Beginner Boxing Level 1 (75 Minutes)
CLASS TYPE: Half Bag, half circuit class.
Are you ready for this? We have taken our two most popular classes, PUNCH and TKO Circuit and combined them for a specialty Pittsburgh Punch class. This class is half heavy bag boxing class and half boxing strength circuit (See above) with a little bonus round at the end! This class is around 75 minutes long with a 5 minute halftime break. We only offer this class every once and a while so reserve your bag early. Available on ClassPass and beginners can join in.
