We offer two types of classes: cardio and strength, both combining boxing or kickboxing to give your body the most diverse workout regimen possible.
A 45-minute (💦) cardio boxing bag class consisting of 1️⃣5️⃣ rounds. 2️⃣warmup rounds, 1️⃣2️⃣ boxing rounds, 1️⃣ round cool down. Incorporating 2 minute rounds of basic punches and punch combos, with 1 minute active recovery rounds.
45-minute (💦) cardio kickboxing bag class consisting of 1️⃣5️⃣ rounds. 2️⃣warmup rounds, 1️⃣2️⃣ boxing rounds, 1️⃣ round cool down. Incorporating 2 minute rounds of basic punches and punch combos, with 1 minute active recovery rounds.
A 30-minute HIIT class that works you through rounds of basic punches, plyometrics and core exercises.
PUNCH CIRCUIT 45
A 45-minute circuit that incorporates 1️⃣8️⃣ rounds/stations of basic punch combos and boxing-inspired 💪🏻 and conditioning exercises using various heavy bags and other fitness equipment.
This 60 minute workout includes a 5-minute, full body warmup,1️⃣5️⃣round/52-minute blowout 50/50% 🥊/💪🏻 workout, and a 3-minute cool down and stretch that’ll leave you feeling freaking 💯
IN THE RING
Requirements:This class is for members only. Personal gloves (not rented) and mouthpiece required. Headgear required if sparring.
Class: Warmup 6:30 pm, instruction and offense and defense drills 6:45 pm, optional sparring 7:30 pm.

We roll with the punches! Everything we do is centered around six basic punches:
JAB – CROSS
The Most Basic Of Punches
Also known as a lead straight punch. This punch should be lighting fast!
6 is your rear hook – 3 is your lead hook, but for now just worry about sweating!
TO THE CHIN
This punch is famously named after a night out in the South Side of Pittsburgh. Can be thrown to both the face and the body.Can be used with either hand.
