THE WORKOUT

By far one of the best gyms I have been to. If you are new to boxing, the employees are sure to get you setup and go over the basics before class starts. If you have been boxing before, then you can just hop in the class.

The workouts are so great and incorporate boxing with regular circuit workouts. There are multiple different types of classes to choose from.

The people who work there and the people who attend the classes are all super nice. It’s not intimidating at all and everyone is willing to help or explain things.

The gym is very clean and has everything you could need. They have cubicles to keep your stuff in so you don’t have to worry about bringing a lock for a locker!

10/10 would recommend this gym!

I’ve been in a number of gyms and training centers, and Pittsburgh Punch is at the top of my list of favorites. The space is large, well-equipped, well-lit, and clean.

The people are very friendly. Beginners are welcomed and get as much one-on-one help as they need to learn the techniques – nobody feels helpless there for very long. The instructors are both knowledgable and really good at teaching what they know – a rare combination.

If you walk in with experience in boxing or kickboxing, you can jump right in to the workouts and push yourself as hard as you like. There’s a nice variety to the workouts – no two classes are exactly alike, so boredom isn’t an issue. People work hard and have fun doing it.

I’m not a girly girl, but I have been keeping my nails looking nice and neat recently. Anyway this past friday I did a free class, I immediately signed up for more and went straight home and ripped all my nails off because you can’t punch stuff with long nails. I have found my new home!!!!!
